return method

Note on return conditions:

1. Product trial period: If the product is damaged, worn, scratched, scratched, dirty, label cut, washed in water, or accessories are missing due to human factors caused by improper use and disassembly by consumers during the trial period, returns will not be accepted.
2. Commodity packaging return: Dust bag, carrying bag, packing box and all related packaging accessories of the product must be kept intact.
3. Gift return: If the product has a gift, it must be returned together.
4. Invoice return: If the product needs to be returned and refunded, the invoice must be returned together with the returned product.
5. Integrity of home delivery packaging: Please pack the returned product in a clean bag on the outermost layer and seal it completely to avoid dirt and flaws in the product due to incomplete packaging.
